Chicago, Illinois (November 1, 2004) -- Great Restaurants, Inc., the owner of the chain of Smokehouse Restaurants, announced the hiring of Ken Graham as Chief Financial Officer. He will be responsible for all financial and accounting functions for the company.

"We are lucky to have someone of Ken's background and expertise come on board," said Allan Rezzler, President of Great Restaurants. "Ken will be a perfect fit for us, as we rapidly grow our business." "We plan to open 10 more restaurants in the coming two years," said Mr. Rezzler. Ken was the Treasurer with Parmesan Restaurants, Inc. for four years, and before that Corporate Controller for Giorgious Restaurants, Inc.

Ken earned a B.S. from Stanford University in Accounting, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
